Objective:The safety consumption,green consumption and consumer health, humanities consumption of food industry become an important element to build harmonious society.To protect the people's health and safety,to adopt the development of the socialist market economy require- ments,and to regulate the business awareness of self-discipline further,and we can gradually formed the government guidance, departmental manage- ment,corporate self-regulating,community participation,the credit system of the operation of the market economy consumption.From a nationwide situation, the small and medium-sized restaurant industry prevails with the phenomena,such as,no health permits operators,basic sanitation require- ments is not reach the requirement,the weak awareness of health practi- tioners,health management is not in place and tableware cleaning is dis- infecttion,and so on.This study seeks to research and analysis the status of the restaurant industry in Urumqi,and understand the development trends,to discuss situation for the Management of the restaurant industry in Urumqi,and further standardize and strengthen the restaurant industry's health management and we can protect the consumers good health well.Methods:We randomly selected the small and medium urban centers catering units in four different streets and major colleges which have their school canteens and the health status of small restaurants,form a unified special survey of small and medium restaurant industry Table investigation.We do qualitative detection of the tableware for coliform,and the results were found to be ineligible.Results:We do the health status surveys to 1061 City Center four small restaurant industry in 2007,the rate of. sanitation license holder is 87.8%,rate of employees health card holder is 88.1%,and rate of other health indicators pass is 57.8%.The passing rate of tableware in 2006 was 35.9%, in 2007 was 18.6%,the pass rate for the two years combined 26.0%.The small and medium-sized Food industry in special work to the health indicators before and after the passing rate,rectification ago 56.7%,60.4%after rectification.Colleges which have 145 students of the health indicators canteens the pass rate is 64.2%.Tableware of its passing rate in 2006 is 74.5%,and in 2007 is 84.7%,two years pass rate for the total is 79.1%. Colleges small restaurant in schools of the 66 health indicators pass rate is 41.4%,its Tableware detection passing rate in 2006 is 46.2%,and 8.8%in 2007,two years pass rate for the total is 36.8%.Three-star hotels and above the tableware disinfection effect of passing rate in 2006 and 2007 is more than 96.0%and higher than the annual average. Conclusion:The small restaurants of Center City District in Urumqi,colleges and schools of small school canteens restaurant health situation is not optimistic,there are different degrees of health problems,particularly the small and medium-sized four Center City restaurant industry and small restaurants in schools have more serious health problems, tableware disinfection effect have the low pass rate,the existence and spread of various infectious diseases such as food poisoning in the hidden dangers of food borne disease. The department of health inspection should Strict hygiene license system,enlarge the supervision taking precautions against nature hygiene,be allotted a quarter to small and medium meal,strengthen superintending examination by stages,the special rectification job is going to lay stress on the key points,reinforces person in charge and employee's training.
