To a society, unemployment dose not just denote countless economic loss, furthermore, this loss has different effect to different group. It is common knowledge that the lower class be harmed greater. More ever, when this loss is too huge to be borne, the riot will burst out, which maybe lead to a regime's alteration, and even erodes the basement of society development and economic increase. China, as a developing and transforming country with a great of population at present, confronts very serious situation of employment, and it has became an important problem for its economic increase and society development. Meanwhile, employment now is a common economic problem in modern society. So studying the relationship between employment and its relative economic factors in order to adjust and control employment is an important work.In this paper, to study the problem, we use the causality theories to analysis the relationship between employment and its different factors at first, and then give a theory and method by BP neural network, which can be used to adjust and control employment. And in the content, this paper consists of five chapters. The first chapter shows this paper's meaning, method and framework. The second chapter narrates relative works about the problem, including west economics' and domestic work, and make an option about the different factors of employment. The third chapter introduce the theories and models of econometrics, and study the relationship between employment and its different factors using causality theories in five provinces of China's northwest. The following chapter, based on the above chapter, makes an application using the integration model of causality theories and BP neural network to adjust and control employment in five provinces of China's northwest. The last chapter shows us this paper's conclusion. This research was supported by the fund of Education Department of Shaanxi.
