The Construction Of The "Modern Nodes" Of Country Fair In Rural Logistics

In recent years, with the attention our country paid to "three agricultures" problems and the implementation of the strategy of building a new socialist countryside, the industrialized production and business of villages in our country has been developed vigorously, the living quality of farmers has been improved significantly. However, as there were only political inputs and the circulation microstructure and market of villages developed slowly, the value of merchandise in villages could not been achieved better or faster, there are still many problems of commodity circulation must be resolved. In these problems, country fair, as a key link in country logistics, has aroused the concern and research of many scholars and experts.In traditional rural society, country fair has been the main platform of the circulation of rural commodities in our country. Despite the prosperity and development of country fair since the reform and opening up of our country, the pace of development of country fair is still more slowly then other regional logistics. Therefore, on the one hand, we must fully understand that country fair is still the primary means of commodity circulation in rural areas of western China and still playing an irreplaceable role in rural logistics; on the other hand, we should strive to achieve the upgrade of logistics function and modernization construction of country fair based on existing resources.In this paper, on the basis of previous studies, the author analyzes the current situation of the logistics function of country fair and the reasons of the delay of its development; makes macro layout and planning of the node of country fair in the rural logistics network referring to the "red-yellow-blue " theory of the division of economic regions; uses the theory of logistics nodes to construct a modern node of country fair according to the current characteristics and the scale of country fair so that to play the efficient logistics function of country fair; introduces the different operation modes of modern nodes of country fair and provides the necessary implementation content and the mechanism innovation protection of modern nodes. In the end, the author proposes the prospect of the modern nodes of country fair, that is quality logistics services, financial indicators of low cost but high return on investment of logistics, further acceleration of the change of rural production methods and lifestyle, improvement of the development quality of villages and realization of the urbanization of villages progressively.
