Recently, the bottleneck of the agricultural development has been changed from production area to circulation area. Based on the micro-politics and economic environment, the feature and problem of the rural logistics distribution system in Qingdao, and the significance of the research of distribution, this paper analyse the distribution environment, point out the significance of the construction of the modern rural logistics distribution system, present the construction scheme of the network platform, and optimize the distribution system from the logistics nodes' functional planning and delivery system and the route between nodes, concretely speaking:(1)According to the political and economical environment, this paper introduce the three economic theory, propose the rural logistics basal theory, analyse the definition,category,function and the mode of rural logistics distribution.(2)Because the logistics distribution system has a lot to do with reducing costs, this paper analyses the developing environment of the rural logistics market, describe the three layers structure, compare the advantages,disadvantages and restraints in the process of constructing the modern logistics distribution system in Qingdao.(3)Build the network platform of the rural logistics distribution in Qingdao from two sides, one is building the logistics staple facilities which includes 15 logistics nodes;Another is programming the rural logistics distribution system entirely, including the network between cities and villages and the network in one region.(4)According to the different functions between the 15 nodes and the economic environmental difference of the urban and suburbs areas, this paper propose five patterns of the 15 logistics nodes in the distribution system, this is the first step; the second step is the optimization of the route between nodes. Take the Licang Loushan logistic park for example, use the VRP model to solve the problem, and get the prioritization scheme.
