User-oriented information services are the key of currently raising the information services level. Solution to the current China's rural areas in the conflict between supply and demand information and improve the existing agricultural use of information resources, Strengthen the information needs of the main user - the farmers information services is an important way. Inner Mongolia Milk market is at a difficult stage of development. The problems the inevitable result of a combination at present is the issue of dairy development in the early stage. The slow development of informationilization is a factor which constraining the development of our region's dairy industry.Speed up the process of information is the key to raising the level of information services, and study user information demand have a guiding role of it。So, this article focuses on the Inner Mongolian dairy farmer's information demand. First,we choice 167 peasant households of four villages as samples for the investigation ,Then, made a detailed description of basic status of Inner Mongolia dairy farmer on the information demands and describe preferences and behaviors of dairy farmer on the information demands from different angles. Based on this, use econometric methodology to study the factors which affected milk information demands. In the end, list some proposal which to enhance our region's dairy industry information service from Information receptor, Communication channels and Information Source. All survey data processed by Excel and SPSS software.
