Research On The Demand And Influencing Factors Of Agricultural Socialized Services

China is in a critical period of transformation from traditional agriculture to modern agriculture.On the one hand,after years of cultivation,a number of scale households of agricultural production and operation have gradually formed.On the other hand,the production pattern of small households has not changed,and small households will remain the main body of agricultural production and operation in China.To realize agricultural modernization,the key is to develop scale management.On the one hand,in order to give full play to the demonstration and leading role of scale households,on the other hand,it is necessary to face the current situation that small households will remain the main organizational form of agricultural production and operation in China for a considerable period of time.In practice,there are two paths for the moderate scale management of agriculture in China.The first is to expand the scale of land management through land circulation and realize the scale management of agriculture.The second is that farmers can realize "service scale economy" by using socialized services without changing their contractual management rights.However,in the short term,it is particularly urgent to realize "service scale economy" through socialized services.Therefore,it is very urgent to establish and improve the agricultural socialization service system at the demand level of scale households and small households.To understand what the agricultural socialization service needs of scale households and small households are,and to find out the key factors affecting the agricultural socialization service needs of scale households and small households,is to establish effective agricultural socialization service and to improve the agricultural socialized service system.Based on the survey of 712 households in Hebei and Henan Province,this study analyzed the influencing factors of the behavior of agricultural socialization service of scale households and small households by using Probit model on the basis of analyzing the current situation of agricultural socialization service.The results show that the use of agricultural production services of scale households is higher than that of small households;agricultural machinery services used by scale households and small households are the highest from the point of view of specific services;Among scale and small households,those who have received agricultural production training and participated in cooperatives are more likely to use financial insurance services.The greater the land area,the higher the probability of using agricultural technology services.Land area,proportion of agricultural income and whether to join cooperatives have significant positive effects on the use of agricultural machinery services,and the number of land blocks has significant negative effects on the use of agricultural machinery services.Land area,whether trained in agricultural production and whether joining cooperatives have a significant positive impact on the use of processing and marketing services.Land area,whether trained in agricultural production,whether joining cooperatives,and satisfaction with agricultural subsidies have significant positive effects on the use of agricultural information services.
