Our country is right at a special transitional time. In the friction caused by the coexistence of the new and old system, the disadvantaged groups, especially the problem of the Internal Substitution of Disadvantaged Groups Born after 1980s working in the City is worth paying much attention. It is inevitable that the problem of internal employment substitution will arise for limited jobs in the city, between migrant workers and local workers, especially between rural workers and urban workers. Considering disadvantaged groups born after 1980s have been becoming the majority force of Cainozoic Era's labor force in the labor market, therefore, analyzing the structure of employment substitution between migrant workers and local workers, urban workers and rural workers of the disadvantaged groups, especially constructing the mechanism of conflict prevention during their employment vicarious interaction has become a valuable research.Based on the materials from the survey conducted in Changsha, taking the interaction theory as the guide, this research defines the disadvantaged groups born after 1980s as those who have the ability to work, are willing to work and have work experiences, aged from 16 to 27 years old, with education at and below high school .Through analyzing the differences of rule recognition during their internal interaction, this paper discusses the structure of employment substitution between migrant workers and local workers, urban workers and peasant workers of disadvantaged groups, and how to construct the mechanism of conflict prevention in their interaction of the employment substitution. The findings of this research indicate that the internal employment substitution exists in the disadvantaged groups born after 1980s while they are employed in the city. And the findings also show the substitution above mainly occurs between migrant workers and local workers, especially rural workers and urban workers. And seen from the substitution domain, disadvantaged groups born after 1980s emerge to a tendency .That is they rush to the certain profession, occupation, position and system of ownership. Among all kinds of the interaction of the disadvantaged groups born after 1980s, caused by vicarious employment, competition and conflict are the two main forms. In comparison with the conflict, competition is in a dominant position temporarily. However, to a great extent, it is possible that competition and conflict transforms mutually. Taking this case into account, this paper takes the classic interaction theory as the theory foundation, employs correlation analysis to study how the different recognition of interactive rules between different groups influences the interactive forms, and points out that the effective measure to avoid the transformation from competition to conflict in the disadvantaged groups' vicarious employment interaction is to narrow the difference of the disadvantaged groups born after 1980s in the recognition of interactive rules and enhance their consensus on the internal interactive rules.
