Facing to both the furious competition in banking industry after we joined the WTO and the rising of personal banking business, the most efficient way for the local commercial banks to gain competitive advantage is to rapidly develop the personal banking business, and marketing in the field of personal banking is becoming more and more important accordingly. Along with the economical development, the importance on the influence of the consumer behavior on Commercial bank's marketing strategy choice in china is more and more important, but today our country majority Commercial bank hasn't considered the consumer behavior's influence when make the chioce of marketing strategy. So,it is a pending issue of our country Commercial bank how to establish scientifical and Feasible marketing strategy choice model of Commercial bank's Retail customer and enhance Commercial bank's international competitiveness.This article discussed our country Commercial bank 's retail customer how to choose the marketing strategy using bank management knowledge,mathematics,statistics method based on the classical marketing strategy theory and the consumer behavior study theory. The article study the influence of consumer's behavior on the choice of our country Commercial bank marketing strategy from the consumer decision-making process,the consumer dual statuses, the customer life cycle and customer satisfaction and so on several aspects based on the analysis of present situation and the question of our country Commercial bank's retail customer marketing strategy and the consumer behavior. And has established the marketing strategy choice model of Commercial bank's Retail customer based on the consumer confidence, the consumer percentage participating and thoice of service channel. Finally, the article confirm the model take the Ctitc Bank Zhengzhou Branch as the example.
