The establishment and the movement of our country life insurance company customer manager system is under the market economy condition compete the result product, is the life insurance company meets the market economy need to develop. Customer manager department is the service sector which the life insurance company established newly is also the marketing department, customer manager holds the post of service person's at the same time also to have the marketing status. At present our country life insurance company occupies the exploration phase in the customer manager personnel's quality request, the service mode, the salary treatment, the management method. The company will encounter each kind of difficulty unavoidably in such stage, will have each kind of problem. According to the study of these questions, we can learn lessons, provides solves the problem, have the feasible method of overcoming difficulties, which are benefit to development of customer service, as well as good to the international competition.In this article, we study the question of implementation customer manager system of the Chinese Pacific Ocean life insurance limited liability company Henan subsidiary company, the question which in the process faces, the author has carried on the detailed analysis to these questions and has given the solution plan. The author once had been a guest in the Chinese Pacific Ocean life insurance limited liability company Henan subsidiary company customer manager the duty, has the actual work experience, this article must analyze the solution the question to divide into the talented person question, the service question, the organizational structure question and so on three aspects. The author unified own work experience to conduct the research separately to three aspect questions, studied the question nuts and bolts, to present the reason, the existence reason, finally has given the solution according to the question characteristic.
