The Applied Research About The Surveyors' Pole Management In The Project Management Based On The Project Management Of Alnan Aluminium Foil Company

Nowadays,with the economic globalization,the market is mainly characterized with customers,competition,globalization and changes.This makes enterprise emphasizes on maintaining the competition advantages through innovation.Owing to the limited enterprise resources,however,the enterprises can't gain the privilege in all aspects only with their own innovative ability.Under such situation,as a comprehensive,scientific,high efficient method of learning advantaged experience,the surveyor's pole management is widely used in the enterprise management.It caused a huge reaction in the western management circle.It is one of the 1990s' three management methods including the other two---the enterprise reestablishment and strategic alliance.However,while the foreign countries achieve quite a few results in the study of the applying the surveyor's pole management in the project managing,the study at home is hardly an area untouched.With the example of the 35kt/a aluminum plate&strip&foil project management of Alnan Alumium Foil Company,this paper intends to offer some practical experiment for carrying out the aluminum plate&strip&foil project by illustrating the dynamic process of the range,quality,cost and schedule management.This paper mainly includes the following contents:first illustrates respectively the present management theory study of both the Surveyor's pole and project,analyzes their implement in the enterprises,and summarizes the present study of the Surveyor's pole management application in the project management;analyzes the present situation,existing problems of the Alnan aluminum foil project and the necessity and feasibility of the Surveyor's pole management application in the project on the basis of the profound research of the pole management and project management theories at home and abroad;then analyzes the pole studying cases and discusses the best practical way for the aluminum plate&strip&foil project management as for CS&S(China National Computer Software & Technology Service Corporation)and Baosteel and SWA(Southwest Aluminum Group);fourth, combining the Surveyor's pole management and management in the project range,quality, cost and schedule,and etc.,finds out the difference with the pole and primary reason,makes an improving plan to apply it to the practice and control;concludes with a prospect of the pole management applying in the aluminum processing,and summarizes some problems concerning the applying.
