Risk Management Research Of Project Management

This article take actual project management as background, take the theory of project risk management as the foundation, and combine the characteristic and the nature of project management itself, studies emphatically the method and the practical application about the risk management of project management from the angle of management enterprise.Decomposing the management risk into the economic target risk, the quality control risk, the investment control risk, the progress control risk and the safety control risk, to distinguish the management risk of the five goals with different sources of risk using the checklists; to approach showing in degree size the frequency that the management risk event appears relatively height and the relative size that the risk event result in serious harms, to estimate the probability degree size and the loss degree size with the score of experts and the internal score , to find out some important risk of the serious losses and the high probability; Utilizing the method of synthetic score appraise the overall level of project management on risk that five management goal to be influenced by the different sources , to provide the basis for risk management decision-making of the management enterprise. And then make the response measures of risk to block the risk source as objectives , the response measures of risk could be more specific.The methods of risk management are applied By the examples of project management, have achieved good results, it may be draw on for similar projects management, and sum up the response measures of the management enterprise that the risk appear possible because of defecting the capability and the problem that unresolved also in the present stage of project management risk management.This study and exploration, can provide a practical method system for project management enterprise on risk management, can play a guiding role for managerial personnel be engaged in the risk management of project management ,can help the project management enterprise on risk management.
