Research On Developing Tourism Real Estate In Nanning

In recent years,along with the rapid development of tourism industry, tourism real estate has become a new hotspot for investment. Although it has brought a huge benefit in social and economical, the development of tourism real estate still in exploration phase.It theory, method of development and the rule of law still need to be consummated, As for the Nanning City, tourism and real estate already become the new factors for economy increase, the combination of two sectors also presents a favourable development tendency. These are some problems that need to be analyzed and solved.This dissertation is using the method of "research in ablity-necessity-analyzing-bringing countermeasure" to address. The paper combines the quantitative analysis , theory analysis and demonstration analysis. The whole dissertation is composed of 6 chapters. Chapter 1, introduce the basis situation of the dissertation, including background, literature summarize, concept, significance of research and method of researce,etc; Chapter 2, analyze the necessity of developing tourism real estate in Nanning; Chapter 3, analyze the ablity of developing tourism real estate in Nanning; Chapter 4, sum up the current situation of Nanning tourism estate development; Chapter 5, analyze the problems in the development of tourism real estate in Nanning; Chapter 6, after analyzing the situation and problems mentioned above, here comes the countermeasure to solve the problems.This thesis lies in the research in the certain object-Tourism real estate development in Nanning. The thesis is using a lot of real cases to coordinate the current status of TRE development. Provide the operable ideas for different object. Also provide the theory support and practice analysis for integrated tourism and real estate enterprises, especially the enterprises in western china. This could be the guidance and reference for the administration department and enterprises in developing the Tourism Real Estate project.
