With people's changing need for traveling consumption, cultural tourismhas increasingly become the focus of the modem tourism, and it is catching theattention of both the tourism industry and academic circle in many countries andareas. For a long time, the people of Zhuang in Nanning have created abundantand peculiar national culture. Nanning is rich in tourism resources andadvantageous to develop the potential Zhuang ethnic cultural tourism. However,Nanning's cultural tourism industry is lack of clear theme and local feature as aresult of its inadequate development. Therefore, It is of great realisticsignificance to strengthen the theoretical research to Zhuang's cultural tourismexploitation in Nanning so as to guide Zhuang's cultural tour into the lasting,fast, healthy developing road. Under this background, the article, which basedon the research of national cultural tourism theory, started with the analysis ofthe strategic environment and the strategic condition, takes some considerationsabout the strategy of Zhuang ethnic cultural tourism development in Nanning.This thesis is composed of seven parts. The first chapter is a preamble,mainly reviews the background, study meaning, the progress and recentadvances in research, method and technology approach of the subject namely Nanning Zhuang ethnic cultural tour development. Chapter 2 discusses andresearches relevant concepts and theories of the region national cultural tourdevelopment strategy. In Chapter 3 and Chapter 4, the article respectivelyresearch into the external strategic environment and internal strategic conditionof Zhuang ethnic cultural tourist development in Nanning, thinking the NanningZhuang ethnic cultural tourist development with good resources, simultaneouslyfacing a golden opportunity. Chapter 5 carries on the comprehensive analysis tothe strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats for Zhuang ethnic culturaltourist development with the IE and the SWOT, proposes the mission, theobjective, the "Zhuang world metropllis" strategic positioning and the "Returnto the nucleus of Zhuang ethnic cultural tourist development" overall strategyfrom strategic perspective. The sixth chapter proposes the key implementation ofspecific strategic actions from the image-building, product development andmarketing three-pronged approach. The final chapter offers the relevantmeasures system for the implementation of the strategy, including governmentsupport, financial support, intelligence support, technical support, legalprotection and synchronization control.
