Research On The Construction Of Main Grain-Producing Area In Our Country

For a long time,Chinese government has emphasized the basic status of crops at the while and thinks much of function of crops-producing to the people's livelihood and our nation's long term development tactic. Especially in the near future, the continuously increase of the international petroleum price caused crisis such as the price rise,inflation,even economic depression of all countrieses,which makes crops given more concern by people. The main grain-producing area accounts for 65 percent of national grain sown area, and the grain production of main grain-producing area accounts for more than 70 percent of the national grain production(in the year of 2005),so,how to make the main grain-producing area continously enhance its capacity to guarantee our country food safety and construct the main grain-producing area well seems to be urgent.Based on the related basic theories about construction of main grain-producing area , I make use of the data of the year of 1980 to 2006 to analyze the output and planting area of crops of the area, which aims to show how important the main grain-producing area to food safety. In the meantime,I use the data in the year of 2005 to analyze the 13 areas' comparative advantage,which prove the exactitude of which the layout of advantage industry by the nation from produce. I also use system analysis method to analyzes the headway of main grain-producing area,the problem which it has and the restricticve factor,realistic possibility and countermeasure.The text analyzes the main grain-producing area using the method on general theories analysis,the substantial evidence analysis and system analysis, which aims to explain the great significance of main grain-producing area to guarantee our country food safety, and comes to the following conclusion: the construction and development of main grain-producing area has a various realistic possibility;the development direction of main grain-producing area construction is the green agriculture and industry; in the course of construction of main grain-producing area,we should put forth effort to adjust the relationship between the area construction and the agriculture structure adjust,industrialization,the town turn,back the field returns a wood;efficient measures must be taken to further imports the area construction and to strengthen its function,through all this ways ,to sets up a whole good environment of construction of main grain-producing area together.
