It is the key links that selecting effective indicators and evaluation process for the R&D of high-tech enterprises Team Performance Evaluation, This paper states that R&D high-tech enterprises Team Performance Evaluation not only provides evidence for salary and bonus distribution, but improves the human resource management and lead encouragement of staff behaviors. Hence its significiance should be observed in enterprises management. In the process of performance evaluation management, the R &D projects'different characteristics from the traditional.R&D staff is a typical knowledge workers, which put a higher demand for their performance evaluation system.However, its own shortcomings of the current performance appraisal system makes it do not apply to the high-tech enterprise R&D team performance appraisal. Therefore, based on the analysis of its shortcomings, this paper has constructed the performance evaluation development model of the R&D of high-tech enterprises team. Aim to provide a reference for the Performance evaluation of High-tech enterprises team.
