ICBC Shan'xi branch had experienced great changes from the People's Bank, the specialized banks, the commercial banks to the joint-stock commercial bank; The branch has many problems and shortcomings in the company customers such as: weak sense of marketing; Marketing need to improve the quality; ignore the target market positioning; lack of management in marketing.This Research used many methods, such as: case studies, comparative research, history studies, reality and future analysis. Combined the customer marketing theory and the branch's actual situation, we give the valuable advice about improving bank's marketing strategy. Firstly, we must know clearly about the improving principles and ideas: Responded to the customer demand, Difference principle, principle of maximizing the value of customer, Profit maximization principle; To implement this strategy: strengthened marketing system; concerned about SME market; vigorously promoted trade financing business; strengthening client manager ranks, forging excellent marketing team; improve risk control ability, in order to ensure the sustained development of credit.Based on the theory of marketing strategies from the company's business and the commercial banks, we raised suitable marketing method for ICBC Shan'xi branch in the company customers. While we conduct the point: the lack of innovative mechanisms rooted in the lack of culture of innovation .And the research demonstrated more practical and useful.
