Solution For The Quality Problem Occurred In SSCX Localization Basing On Management Information System

The localization for railway products and system is more and more important under the strategy of market exchange technology which is confirmed by Ministry of Railway of China. Whether the national enterprise or the foreign enterprise, which face the same challenge: How to localize the advanced technology and product from developed country into China quickly, then become their own capability and purchase, assembly in China. So it's very important to improve the localization ability and speedup the localization step on the premise of same quality level as the original product and system.Under the background of strenuous localization and aiming at the quality problems occurred during the localization process, the thesis studies how to improve the localization ability for Siemens Signalling Co. Ltd from quality management view. According to the quality theories and adopt the investigation analysis, quantitative analysis, case analysis etc, focusing on two key processes: Supplier quality management process and research and design process perform systematic analysis. And point out the final solution is to integrate the up-mentioned processes and adopt the modern quality tools and IT information technology, then set up QMIS (Quality Management Information System) for Localization. For QMIS, analyze from feasibility, primary design and detailed design, and then propose the systematic solution. At the same time, every management level in SSCX shall update the quality concept and implement Siemens quality strategy, embed quality into process, and then SSCX will improve the localization ability.It's not only helpful for SSCX to solve the current quality problems occurred during localization process, but also can be reference for other similar enterprises to solve the same quality problems.
