| CMCC implemented the human resource improvement project in December, 2002. The implementation of the project provided CMCC a favourable guarantee for moving into the market successfully and progressing fleetly. However, as the change of external environment impacting the internal corporation, human resource management is facing the transformation. The core task will be transferred from human resource management to human resource exploitation.M province's branch was already reached some achievements as one of the initial departments put human resource improvement project in practice after 4 years implementation. On the contrary, the incompletion of career development system, performance management system and the labor workers management have brought new problems for the corporation development.The re-improvement mainly involve three parts: human resource, career development of employee, contracted labor worker and performance management. There are three aspects mainly involved in re-improvement of human resource, career development of employee, contracted labor worker and performance management. Based upon the research and the deep analysis of the M province's current conditions of human resource management, this article tackles with the key problems closely refer to the overall strategy of the corporation. The keystone and directions of the re-improvement are put forward according to the establishment of career development system, the standardization ofcontracted labor worker and the reform of performance management system, together with the design of the core strategy and suggestion of implementation herein. Hopefully, the design of the project would be as the directional reference for CMCC re-improvement of human resource system and lead to certain discussions of working method. |
