Along with the development of social IT application, telecom consumption focus has shifted from voice to data products, showing the personalized and centralized trend. Electronic commerce is considered as the new enterprise marketing management model from the end of the 20th century. And E-commerce has brought great changes to the enterprise. As for telecom industry, E-channel has shortened the journey from customers to products. In this paper, provincial market structure and environment of mobile operators are analyzed, using the marketing strategy analysis and management knowledge, such as SWOT analysis, PEST analysis. The enterprises development strategy is studied in the future e- commerce. Meanwhile, considering the advantages of huge customer group handsets, it is believed to combine the industry chain by considering organic integration between the products and marketing channel. This paper suggests the local electronic business models, which focus on the development of mobile e-commerce. It also shows the methods of creating own brands to obtain the future market. |
