Value-Added Mobile Service is an industry varying fast, in which some companies such as Kong, Sohu, Netease, Sina, Tom, got high success in the latest years, and also attracts strong interests of foreign capitalists. Meanwhile, the coming of the age of 3G together with quick development of tel-communication technology, have great effect on this industry, companies above, which are founded not long ago and are not strong enough for participating in severe competition, have the extremely important significance in making positive strategy plan to face the challenge.Firstly, this article gives detailed description on Value-Added Mobile Service especially about its current situation and future trend in home and abroad, that exists for the full development of entertainment business and the lack development of the applications in the development system of mobile value-added services, as well as the background of the establishment and business application status about Kingtotem company. Then employing Kingtotem company as research example, the article introduces its background, external macro environment, micro environment, competitors status and the advantages & weakness and so on, provides the strategic implementation plans with some other alternatives in the highlight of the SWOT analysis. Based on the theory of comprehensive application of competition strategy and core competition, together with the re-orientation for Kingtotem considering the role of Value-Added Mobile Service in security industry as well as business development feature and tendency, works out the strategy scheme suitable for Kingtotem's continuous development, relative multi-dimentional corporate strategy and operation strategy of market concentration diversity for Value-Added Mobile Securities Service. Finally, this paper poses some further proposals and suggestions on how to effectively perform the strategy plan and to handle the relation between competency and environment change, operating process and the staff, hopefully bring helpful reference to the companies who desire to seek developing Value-Added Mobile Service.
