The Evaluation Of The Ability Of Sustainable Growth Of China's Listed Company

This paper argues that the ability of sustainable growth of listed companies is the potential ability of development of the listed companies. This paper considers that the ability to obtain resource, the ability of social responsibility, the ability to adapt the economy and the ability of corporate governance are four key facets of the ability of sustainable growth of listed companies. This paper makes the evaluation valuation model of the ability of sustainable growth based on these four aspects. And this paper argues the principle of the evaluation: focus on the cycle of the research, focus on the applicability and focus on the measurable of the indexes.This paper makes practical research based on the listed company from china capital market. Moreover, the paper proves the relations between the ability of sustainable growth and the valuation of the company, and considers that there is positive relation between them.Finally, this paper summarizes the approaches of the development of the ability of sustainable growth of china's listed company from four aspects: innovation, multinational operation, recycle economy model and social responsibility.
