The paper also analyze the influencing factors of enterprise growth and give the definition of internal factors and external factors of enterprise growth, and dissert the affections of them in enterprise growth process.The paper gets the conclusion by the research of evaluation methods of growth, that the method is consisted of structure method of index and calculation method of index. It also does research in the differences and similarities of the actual manipulations of them. It point out the index system is the main method of evaluation of enterprise growth and investigate the relative merits and sphere of application of calculation methods of index. Based on summarizing evaluation methods, it propose the principle of establish evaluation system of minor enterprise considering the characteristic of minor enterprise's growth, and propose the principle of selection and calculation of index accordingly. The paper structure the elementary frame of the system of growth evaluation of minor enterprise, which is study up on three aspects contained resource&allocation, enterprise capability and external factors. Then, it take the calculation of evaluation index exert Weighted Average Method and Gray Evaluation Method to structure an integrated growth evaluation system of minor enterprise. Then, we make the positive study about growth of ANHUI HUAXIN which be listed on the Shenzhen Exchange. The result of evaluation of its growth is in accord with the practical situation.Through these studies we not only get the method of growth evaluation, but enrich the method of manipulation of growth index as well. However, its direction of index and effect of practical application are pending further research.
