Risk Assessement And Risk Settlement Of 3G New Product Development Project

With the scientific research method, this paper introduces main risks during 3G new product development project, including risk planning, risk identify, risk assessment, risk evaluation, risk settlement and the related methodology and skill.With a case study of Intelligent Traffic Project in 3G, all the above 6 risk management processes are analyzed in live project environment, especially qualitative and quantitative risk analysis and the related risk response planning.From the result of this project, all the risk has few impacts on the project except regulation risk due to 3G license issue. And prove the risk management importance within 3G new product development project with applicability and practicability.The paper is expected to be a reference to 3G domestic operator with minimizing the risk and improving the successful rate when 3G coming.
