| In recent year, the broadband access service has a high-speed development. However, some users still ask for a lower-priced access service. Meanwhile, the P2P file sharing service takes up most of the broadband resources, the operators also think they can not make profit through charging fixed number money per month. Therefore, it is very important to not only constitution of policy of telecom but also estimate of development of telecom product. The thesis is based on the Internet cost proxy model, and with large number of simulation, we intend to figure out the most significant causes to total and segmental costs of IP network by a series of regression equations. With analyses on the cost structure of broadband access service, the total cost for access service is induced to depreciation, operating cost and amortization. The calculation of each part is introduced respectively , and the whole pricing model has been derived from a cost-plus approach. According to the simulations, taking Beijing for an example, the access service cost is every bandwidth 40.34 Yuan per month Compared with the present pricing: every bandwidth 100 Yuan per month in Beijing, so there is still existing high profits now. But considering the simulation equation is calculated under optimization algorithm for network node location and full-loaded network, or considering the cross-subsidy problem, this pricing policy is still reasonable. Meanwhile, in this thesis I also calculated the cost in P2P network. In P2P network, the cost can reach 48.61 Yuan per month. Thus P2P has a big influence to the access service cost. The following five chapters consist of the main body of the thesis. Chapter One introduces the development of broadband access service; introduces the principle and shortcoming of traditional measurement and imports the computer cost proxy model. Chapter Two introduces the structure of the IP network in China, analyzes the network elements in IP network and suggests the parameter. Chapter Three discusses the difference between C/S and P2P network, and introduce a model of the impact on file population in P2P network. Chapter Four puts forward the cost model of broadband access service. Finally; we give the conclusion to the frontal chapters. |
