Research On Erdos Post Management

In recent years, every branches of Erdos Post has developed more slowly following the rapid development of the local economy in Erdos.Then Erdos Post has faced the new situation and had the new challenge in the management. As long as Erdos Post does many things, such as change it's sense, take the opportunity, bring forth new ideas, change the business management,and set up a new system of the organization, Erdos Post can fit in with the local economic growth and developed rapidly.In this thesis, the author has analyzed the present situation of Erdos Post management,the local policy, science and technology, region economy,culture and population, as well as connected with the feature of Erdos Post, then many new opinions have been presented. They are about the following aspects: human resource, managing business,the service to guests,network,and information technology.There are four parts in this thesis. First part stated the significance,methods and object of the study. In the second part, the author first analyzed the current situation iof Erdos Post and stated the achievement that the Post received in recent years and the measures that were adopted by the Post, finally analyzed the essence of the problem and the contradictions which the Post has had. The aim and the measures of the management are put forward in the third part. Last part made innovation of the research in this area and raised the possible shortage in the thesis.The thesis considers that, Erdos Post must change the business management model,and set up a new system of the organization. so, Erdos Post can fit in with the local economic growth , and will be to cope with various challenges in the fully competition...
