Trying to make full use of the strategic management theory, this thesis illustrates the key factors which have influenced CNC's strategy transformation from the following aspects, organization structures, controlling systems and enterprise cultures. After CNC forming the new business model, analyzing the key factors of its strategy transformation is the essential part for CNC to fulfill its strategy transformation successfully. These analyses will help CNC realize its own problems, better make use of its advantages and build its new fundamental competitive center under the completely new outer environment.Based on the analyses of the competitive environment of the telecommunications industry, this thesis illustrates the significant reforms within the whole industry from these parts, technology development, market demands, competition structure and government controls. Therefore, applied to use the methods of SWOT Analysis Model, based on its operation situation, this thesis illustrates the inevitabilities of CNC's strategy transformation and makes clear its background, goal and significance. Based on the present situation in CNC, this thesis compares CNC with CT from the following aspects, constant ability for making profits, income structures, and development of the new-added services. Based on the comparison, this thesis points out that the process and effects of CNC's strategy transformation need to be expedited and improved, thus, this thesis suggests the way to ensure efficient execution of the strategy after CNC setting the goal for the strategy transformation. This thesis mainly discusses the three key factors for the execution of the strategy. In the discussion, in terms of strategy management, it uses other enterprises' successful cases to provide CNC's strategy transformation both strategic management theories and practical experiences. To conclude, also based on CNC's present situation, this thesis analyses the problems and shortages of the above three key factors and provides suggestions and measures to solve these disadvantages efficiently.
