Study On The Execution Of Strategy Of Luoyang Chang'an Road Branch Of Bank Of China

With the development of financial globalization and innovation of financial derivatives, the competitions between China commercial banks and foreign banks become more and more fierce, and the internal and external situation of executive strategy which promotes the sustainable development of our local commercial banks remains quite grim.Based on the executive strategy status of Bank of China, Luoyang Chang' an Road Branch, the author confirmed the research direction as STUDY ON THE EXECUTION STRATEGY OF LUOYANG CHANG'AN ROAD BRANCH OF BANK OF CHINA, which summarizes the previous successful experience and attends to find out the solutions to current problems to maintain and enhance the competitiveness of our branches. In this paper, the author gives his own understanding of the definition of strategic execution. It believes: Execution is divided into the execution of branches and the execution of individual employees, and latter is the core. In addition, to enhance the executive power of individual employees, it is advised to emphasize the individual concept first and improve the employees'executive willingness of initiative executive strategy.The main idea of the paper is:Firstly, through summarizing the previous achievements of the domestic and foreign study in the field of strategic execution, and combining the years'experience in banking practice and management, the author deeply analyzes the current situations of the Luoyang Chang'an Road Branch using SWOT method, and then gives the solution of his own to enhance the strategic execution of the branches. Secondly, the author discusses the solution from two sides:improving the employees'executive ability and enforcing the employees'executive willingness, and the latter should be paid more attentions. Furthermore, the solution should be promoted to the whole branches and summarize the implement effects. Finally, the summary and outlook is presented.
