Study On Theory And Practice Of Planning Of Mountainous Scenic Spot

As a kind of scenic spot, mountainous scenic spot's salient feature is mountain as main part. Our country is very mountainous. The mountainous region and hills account for about 2/3 of the land; correspondingly, mountainous scenic spot is the biggest type in quantity.There are some researches related to the planning theory and practice of modern scenic spot in our country, but deficiencies of planning theory and method are exposed in the planning process. Taking the Baiyunshan project for an example, this paper study on how to organize scenery resources scientifically ,and construct mountainous scenic spot better for meeting people's aesthetics and realizing sustainable development of mountainous scenic spot, and furthermore, this paper can enrich the planning theory and method to fill the insufficiency in planning theory and method.The paper introduced the concept of mountainous scenic spot, and carried on the elaboration to present situation; then put forward the necessity and the importance of the topic; furthermore, discussed foundational theories and content of the mountainous scenic spot planning.The paper discussed the mountainous scenic spot plan methods by an example of Baiyunshan Scenic Spot in Fuan.The paper discussed development condition on the basis of resource exploration, selecting, naming and resource evaluation;The paper calculated visitors capacity and forecast tourist scale for the short-term and long-term ; The nature of the scenic spot was summarized rationally; The paper carried traffic planning, landscape tour planning, tourist facilities planning, protecting and nurturing planning, typical landscape planning and planning for the use of land, then draw detailed planningmaps.In the end, the countermeasures and suggestions for Baiyunshan scenic spot planning by means of research and analysis are proposed.The paper presented that we should pay attention to the following principles while planning mountainous scenic spot:1. The principle of protection: The mountainous scenic spots should be protected with respectively protective measures. According to various resources, planners should make sure the reasonable scale, capacity and protective measures for each construction project.2. The principle of sustainability: The tourism planning of mountainous scenic spot must be developed with the ecotourism primarily. The planners should handle five relations between the tourism development and the conservation of landscape resources, the natural ecological conservation, and the continuousness of local culture, the socioeconomic development and the market demand. Appropriate development of tourism is conducive to realize sustainable development avoiding the undue destruction and destruction of environment.3. The principle of coordination: It's very important to establish traveling holiday coordinating institution at all levels and emergency preplan to deal with the issue of tourism wave.4. Raising the level of management: Strengthen publicity and environmental concerns; strengthen the relevant law and regulations formulation, the execution and the surveillance; make the management perfect avoiding multifarious administrations; suggest executing VIP system.
