With the continuous growth of China's economy, the natural wealth expands very fast, but the problem of excess liquidity also becomes more and more prominent, Especially, on the impact of global excess liquidity. The "excess liquidity" is also treated as a hot topic in Academe. The national related departments also take all kinds of measures to deal with the impact it brings.This article analyses the situation, cause, effect and countermeasures of the national excess liquidity, through a mass theoretical analysis, with a large data to proof. Following, it points out the reason of the excess liquidity. Finally, Combined with the domestic and oversea theory and practice about the excess liquidity of treating the liquidity, the article studies how to prevent and eliminate the current excess liquidity situation. The article makes an initial study for the actual excess liquidity problem and countermeasures for our country, and adopts the method of unblocking mainly and controlling advancing together on countermeasures.
