| With the further opening our market to the international market, the domestic construction enterprises are facing fierce competition both in international and domestic markets, price competition among enterprises will continue. Therefore, to reduce the cost of construction enterprises and expand profit margins, the only way is to change the extensive management and adopt fine management, especially the fine management in the cost of construction projects. This has an important practical significance in maintaining or expanding profit space and raising the competitiveness of our construction enterprise.This paper introduces the fine management into the cost management of construction project. On the basis of summarizing the theories of fine management, the paper elaborates the concept of fine management and the elements and operating principles of taking fine management, studies the process of project and the form of the cost, analyses the current situation and the existing problems in project cost management of our construction enterprise, points out that the construction enterprise should implement fine management from the aspects of the measurable factors and the man-made flexible factors influencing the cost in construction process, then discusses the content, methods and measures of fine cost management of construction project.Finally, combining with the practice of AHSJ Company, the paper makes a case analysis about the application of the fine management in the cost management of construction project and evaluates its implementation effect, this can provide a reference to other construction enterprises in the industry. |
