Research On The Fine Cost Management Of Project In Our Construction Enterprise

With the further opening our market to the international market, the domestic construction enterprises are facing fierce competition both in international and domestic markets, price competition among enterprises will continue. Therefore, to reduce the cost of construction enterprises and expand profit margins, the only way is to change the extensive management and adopt fine management, especially the fine management in the cost of construction projects. This has an important practical significance in maintaining or expanding profit space and raising the competitiveness of our construction enterprise.This paper introduces the fine management into the cost management of construction project.
