Along with the development of the science and technology, the lifecycle of home appliances will become shorter. Properly handling and recycling of discarded home appliances has become an urgent task for reducing pollution and improving resource utilization.According to the feature of the electrical appliances remanufacturing logistics, this paper first analyses the home applications recycling status in our country and developed countries, and summarizes its theoretical researches and practices. Then analyses the reversal logistics problem of the domestic waste home applications according to the concept and features of reversal logistics, and discusses the necessity of building remanufacturing logistics networks. It analyzes the way to build remanufacturing logistic networks and presents an optimal model based on the integrated network of remanufacturing logistic system. After that, this paper uses Genetic Algorithm to solve the model and verifies the feasibility and effectiveness of the model with specific examples.
