The global manufacturing generates a huge amount of waste.These waste products usually have high economic value.Remanufacturing is a modern green manufacturing mode which can protect the environment and improve the efficiency of resources by means of high technology.So it has risen to the national development strategy in China.Facing the shortage of resources and the rising price of materials,many manufacturing enterprises begin to implement remanufacturing reverse logistics activities.However,the research of remanufacturing recycling and utilization in China is not mature enough,and the optimization of network construction will directly affect the efficiency of enterprises.Therefore,the optimization of remanufacturing reverse logistics network is of great value.Based on the above background,this paper studies the optimal construction problem of remanufacturing reverse logistics network.Based on the research of the basic theory of reverse logistics,this paper makes a detailed analysis of remanufacturing reverse logistics network from three aspects:network structure,network layout and important nodes.Then,paper qualitatively compares the three kinds of operation modes(the manufacturer as the core,the manufacturer alliance as the core and the third party as the core)from different levels of the model structure,business process and application scope.Combined with the influencing factors of mode selection and related research status,paper chooses third party as the core operation mode.Based on this model,the paper puts forward the scheme of setting up and integrating the alternative outlets for Remanufacturing Reverse Logistics.On this basis,paper proposes the optimization procedure and steps combined with the optimization principles and considerations.Paper further constructs remanufacturing logistics network model considering multi-agent expandable facility capacities,and discuss the optimal solution of the network construction of the third party and the manufacturer under the premise of their respective benefits.The genetic algorithm is used to solve the model features.Finally,a numerical example is given,and the effectiveness of the model and algorithm is verified by Matlab R2013a simulation.
