After the entry into WTO Chinese export-oriented economy has had a great promotion. With the development of the universe, China is regarded as a producing center of the entire world. To Chinese enterprises, it's very important to expand abroad markets which can make a basis of more development for the enterprises.International trade is full of risks with changeful surroundings; its executing period is long and difficult to control. To export enterprise, it needs to establish a complete export system to fulfill the orders and make necessary adjustments on the basis of actual issues then avoiding the risks will be available.This thesis offers an analysis of an Aluminum Profiles Company including it's outside and inside surroundings. It indicates the internal strength and outside international market business chance according to SWOT analysis approach. It's very important and necessary for the company to expand the abroad market but it also has some shortcomings such as lack of technology innovation, relative informations in the target market and lack of professsional persons.To solve the above problems ,the enterprise needs possible production strategy,pricing strategy and sales strategy. The thesis also offers some probable approaches to expand the international markets.We hope the above research can help the company make strategies and be helpful for the practice.
