How to evaluate and select vendors are a field that has been continuously improved and research by academic and enterprises. And how to proceed with the objective weight to empower the indicator system is one of main research fields.Based on the analysis of the characteristics of chemical companies, the paper firstly make horizontal and vertical segregation of suppliers, and then give an evaluation respectively for each type of vendors. Under new environment of E-commerce and corporate citizenship, the paper establish a new expanded Index System of supplier evaluation; Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model based on the information entropy and the two-point method is formed. And then the model is used in selection of important vendors of a chemical enterprise. A comparison of between new index system and old index system is made.Through the above work, we reached the following conclusions:(1) The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model based on information entropy and the two-point method can be empowered to give objective weight of indicator system and make a better evaluation; (2) The model can be constructed to make an objective evaluation, avoid the subjectivity of the man-made interference, and make an objective ranking of vendors relying;(3) It is found the new indicator system is closer to reality due to the new environment.The Model and conclusions above will be effective for enterprises and help them make objective evaluation of vendors.
