With the development of global economic integration and the detailed division of manufacturing,each enterprise is only one part of supply chain.During the whole of supply chain,supplier quality management is playing an important role because it is the beginning of supply chain.P Company of fastener manufacturing is selected as research case.After deeply investigating the current supplier quality management system and analyzing the results effectiveness,the main problem has been found that the existing system of supplier's selection&performance evaluation is not reasonable,which including:the suppliers are not classified,the supplier selection indexes are not comprehensive,and the supplier performance evaluation system can't show up suppliers' actual quality level.Focusing on the problem,firstly the method of integrating theories with practice is applied.The suppliers are classified according to the important degree of materials worked together with complexity degree of the supply markets.Secondly,the indexes of supplier development&selection and performance evaluation system are redesigned based on supplier classification,the weight of indexes are done by using AHP model method,and Fuzzy Synthetic Evaluation model are also applied into supplier development&selection stage,which make sure the final results are more objective and fair;Thirdly,supplier management grades are also classified based on performance evaluation results.At the same time,the supplier relationship management strategy is applied into supplier performance management,and push suppliers continual improvement on quality.Finally,the new systems are applied into practice separately and prove its effectiveness. |
