Research Of Labor Export Of Zhejiang Province

Traditional international trade theories depend on the assumption that factors are nonflowing among countries. Factors flowing among countries could be indirectly achieved through international trade. However, in reality, the assumption that factors are nonflowing among countries is nonexistent. Especially, in the background of economy globalization, the flowing of factors among countries becomes more frequent. Zhejiang province owns abundant labor force. In order to use the relative advantage of the abundant labor force, we should pay attention to goods export, FDI inflow, and labor export. Under the circumstances, developing labor export seems to be very important. Labor export has become one of the measures that helps to relieve the employment pressure of Zhejiang province. Surplus labor force in the countryside can also get a job through labor export.Zhejiang province is rich in labor force, but lacking capital and land. So, we have to pay more attention to labor export. The first,second and third parts of the paper focus on theory research, which tries to elaborate the origin of labor export. Then, we apply these theories to practice of Zhejiang province. In this part, we lay emphasis on the research of micromodel of personal migration. The fourth part is the demonstration research of labor export of Zhejiang province. It is to investigate the characteristics and problems of labor export of Zhejiang province on the aspects of total amount and quality of labor export, industry and market distribution, channels and ways of labor export. Then, we establish a model for evaluating the development stage of labor export. At last, we analyse the advantages and disadvantages of labor export of Zhejiang province, forecast labor export prospects, and propose tactics to develop labor export of Zhejiang province on the aspects of government,market and firm.
