Research On Financing Crisis Of Listed Companies And Its Relation With Performance Of Companies After The M&A Activity

With the development of our country's capital market,the activity of M&A gradually becomes an important method to seek the fast development of our country listed companies. However, the scene of behind this feverish tide is the freezing cold. After considering the cost of financing, many buyers sustained loses in their purchases although the M&A kept prosperous. The true cause of this situation is not well done with the financing crisis during the M&A. Thus, how to analyze and research the financing crisis of the M&A companies and how to improve the performance of their? This dissertation analyzes the origin of financing crisis in various processes and the factors that influence the origin with price-fixing, financing and payment as the clues, and this dissertation gives certain cases of M&A in order to help analyze financing crisis. In the end, this dissertation states that the ways and measures of financing crisis control are of practical significance to M&A of our country's listed companies.
