The Study On Medium-sized And Small Enterprises Financing Problem In Hebei Province Under The International Financial Crisis

The financing issues of SMEs have been plaguing the major issues for SME development in Hebei Province. The occurring of the international financial crisis has greatly affected the development of SMEs. So studies on SMEs financing problems of Hebei Province have strong practical significance.At first, the issue analyzes the efforts that the international financial crisis makes to SMEs financing. Next, it generalizes the current situations of SMEs financing in Hebei Province after the financial crisis. Due to the financial crises, it makes the SME financing condition worse, and brought many new problems. The government of Hebei Province responds to the country policy actively, and support the SMEs financing strongly, but the supporting strength and the policy efforts cannot reach the target anticipate; the banks don't want to support credit to SMEs, that makes the indirect financing being obstructed; as the capital market really does not sound, and the condition comes worse; due to exports, sluggish difficulties of SMEs, the capital turnover of SMEs is very difficult, and the low level of the credit rate is under the standard. All of the above reasons aggravate the difficulty of the SMEs financing. Then, through international comparison, it analyzes the factors which cause the difficulties of SMEs financing, and references the international experiences to help SMEs financing. The last part is to solve the financing problem. It mainly includes increasing the support of government policies; increasing the credit support of financial institutions; improving the credit guarantee system; accomplishing the market system of the capital.
