Village power grid is one important components of village infrastructure, especially after national wide large-scale village power grid construction and reformation engineering from 1998. It is more necessary and practical to have social benefits post evaluation for this project. Based on theory, methodology and practice for detailed project economic benefits post evaluation, this paper analyzes on particularity of village power grid construction and reformation in detail, and evaluates on economic benefits that finished village power grid construction and reformation projects brought to investor and operator objectively and fairly, and analyzes factors that would influence economic benefits and level of influence.
