The Method System And The Applied Research Of Patent Information Analysis Based On Content Mining

As China has proposed the strategic concept of building an innovation-oriented country, the research around the fields of intellectual property rights has gradually become hot issues. The patent information analysis needs of users constantly growing; its theoretical and applied research has been constantly thorough. Firstly, this paper described the relevant concepts of patents, and the relevant content of patent documents, thus leads to the theory and objects related to the patent information analysis, also described the theory and research status of the patent information content mining. Then, this paper compares and researches all kinds of domestic and foreign patent analysis methods existed from both quantitative and qualitative, and summarized the patent analysis index system. This paper also researches the mainstream patent analysis software both at home and abroad that has been put into practical application, and then compares their functions and characteristics. Then this paper shows the content mining-based patent information analysis method system, and expounds the major steps and the various techniques and algorithms of the patent text information pretreatment, patent information content analysis and patent information knowledge treatment. Finally this paper selects patent data in the area of Hybrid Electric Vehicle (HEV) to do empirical research. The analysis process uses manual segmentation approach and with the use of database software and cluster analysis software to get the final results. This paper also analysises the patent information content combined with concrete examples.The traditional patent information analysis focuses on the patent information external features. This paper imports the theory of the content mining into the patent information analysis, and researches the analysis of patent information content features. Foreign patent analysis software partly applies in the content features analysis, but the domestic patent analysis software is also basically limited to the external features analysis. This paper explores the feasibility of realizing the Chinese patent information content features analysis, will help users mine valuable knowledge from patent information, thereby raising the level of the Chinese patent information analysis, and finally promote the technological innovation of enterprises.
