With the development of Internet technology,the way of talent recruitment has been gradually transformed from the traditional way to the current network recruitment,The information of network recruitment platforms most directly reflects the demand for talents in today's society,especially the booming big data industry in recent years.In order to study the details of today's recruitment market and the demand of big data industry,this paper takes Shandong province as an example to study the recruitment data of ordinary posts and big data posts.By crawling the data of two comprehensive recruitment websites,51 job.com and zhilian.com,this paper mainly studies ordinary posts and big data posts of Shandong province.For ordinary posts,descriptive statistical analysis is mainly used to analyze the recruitment situation of ordinary posts from the aspects of work location,work experience requirements,salary level,education level,company nature and company size;For big data posts,on the one hand,by using descriptive analysis,the statistical analysis was made on the above indicators,on the other hand,detailed analysis is based on the two indicators of post requirements and post responsibilities,we make study of the requirements about big data posts by TF-IDF algorithm,and LDA topic model and position portrait.Through analysis,it can be obtained that whether ordinary posts or big data posts,most of them are distributed in Jinan and Qingdao,ordinary posts require less experience and education than big data jobs,and so do salaries,and the nature and scale of the company are mainly small private enterprises.Through the analysis of big data posts,we can also find that there is a great demand for data analysts,data development engineers and algorithm engineers,each kind of post also has the high request to the specialized skill and the personal quality.Based on the analysis of various aspects,the paper puts forward corresponding reference suggestions for colleges and universities that cultivate big data talents and job-seekers who are committed to entering the big data industry.
