The Optimized Design Of JG Corporation Measurement Management System

In recent years, as a large business enterprise of steal that produces thousands tons of steel yearly, JG Corporation always concentrate on improvement of Product quality. It always insists measurement is the basis of all the quality management activities, and pay a lot of attention to measurement. In 2006 it introduces not only ISO10012:2003 standard, but also the idea of measurement process control and process management.At present, measurement management system of JG Corporation focuses from the management and control of the measurement equipment to the measurement process. But owing to be lacking of the validity and suitability in its measurement management systems, finding out the mode of measurement management system, measurement process control, metrology confirmation process and the outfit process of measuring equipment are the main problem that affect of effectiveness the system through making use of interior and exterior verification data over the past few years ,applying Pareto Diagram to measurement management system in order to analyze its status quo. As a result this paper sets the measurement management system of JG Corporation as an example, with the help of field studies, literature research, quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis approach to identify improvement program. Firstly, due to the fact that the measurement management system of JG Corporation haven't change from element management to process management, based on the method of process, this paper study the operation mode of the system and design a improvement program of measurement management system with the SIPOC flow analysis so as to achieve the process management mode of measurement management system. Then, as the process of measurement equipment outfit is incomplete and unclear, applying the method of specialized analysis and the idea of process management, based on the principle of satisfying the customer's requirements, economy and conformance,this paper propose the outfit process of measuring equipment to provide the process safeguard that effectively distinguishes and satisfies customer's measurement requirement. Because of the condition of metrological confirmation process, this paper study the configuration of metrological confirmation process with the method of process management; based on measurement technology,this paper point out a PDCA cycle model of metrological confirmation process combined quality statistical technology with activity to solve the problem that lacks the link .Meanwhile it discuss the confirmation gap adjustment methods such as synthetic evaluation method to provide a technical basis for adjustment confirmation gap. In view of the status that the controlling measure process in measure is unclear and incomplete ,according to the PDCA circulation principle to establish the model of measurement process control with the SEPOC process analysis, the specialized technical analysis, the process management and the system administration method, this paper effectively enhances the measurement process effectively the control level. Finally, this paper set the weighing process in the iron tank as an example to carry out the application research of the measure process control procedure. The process capability of the trough weighing process ranged from 0.25 to 1.24,which can indicated the validity the measure process control procedure. In order to make sure the smooth implementation of improvement scheme and reach modified target,this paper demonstrates the enhancement of information construction in measurement management system and intensified the suggestion of staff training measures.
