The Haier Group is the leader and the model of the Chinese Enterprises。The words of Haier Enterprise are one of the important and noticeable attributes which make Haier Enterprise move towards the successful way。Therefore, studying the words of Haier Enterprise is a topic of having practical significance。This paper is utilized the theory of the Generalized Rhetoric in the foundation of the predecessors's studyings。The writer uses the comparative method and analysis management's words,service's words propaganda's words and brand's words of the Haier Enterprise。The paper draws out the related rhetoric theories for example the Accept rhetoric Theory,the linguistic environment Theory,the Speech Act Theory and so on, from the concrete words of the characteristic Haier Enterprise's culture, makes theoretical analysis and example analysis unify, summarizes the respective language characteristic in management's words,service's words,propaganda's words and brand's words of the Haier Enterprise, and draws the conclusion in the end。The paper summarizes the in-depth characteristics of Haier Enterprise's words。So the writer hopes the paper can bring some enlightenments to the words construction's development of enterprise's culture in China。...
