According to management theory and psychology of incentive pay management theory, on the basis of survey questionnaire compiled in the previous survey by scholars ,we modifed and form a "model and incentive pay to the questionnaire results," using a questionnaire survey and analysis of a combination of research methods,we investigate, statistics and analysis the pay incentive systems and incentive effects of industry sellers of consumer goods in Xinjiang's Urumqi City, access to the current consumer goods industry sellers pay patterns and the incentive effect of the status quo, draw conclusions, identify existing problems and propose appropriate countermeasures, hope enterprises in Urumqi to develop rational, scientific strategy to increase the salaries of sellers performance and the achievement of objectives of the corporate market provides a favorable reference.The results show that the thesis of consumer goods enterprises in Xinjiang's Urumqi City in the pay level, the wage level of standards, whether there is a long-term,incentive pay develop, cut the pay system for these five areas have problems and put forward the following four strategies to improve the consumer goods industry sellers incentive pay effect of Xinjiang's Urumqi City: 1, Full account of business conditions, set reasonable, competitive pay levels;2,Give sales staff a long-term incentive;3, Establish a reasonable promoted_pay system and do a good job in assessing the performance of sales staff; 4, Establish a more reasonable prize money, welfare system and reduce staff turnover intention.
