The culture change in Hui Minzu's life is true and real duiling the process of China's modernization nowdays. It is well known that Hui is one brother of our great family who has a long history of trading. The Hui in Xinjiang shows their own distinguishing characteristic and particularity for the local situation, as the society goes forward,the modernization and globalization bring the change in people's life everywhere. The Hui's culture is changing all the time. No matter it is overt or not, studying the commercial folk custom change in Hui's life is not only an important acadimic task but also a bright way to know the influence made by culture change to the local life in Hui and all the field work is done in ShanXiXiang, a real community in urumuqi city. The author used theory and method related to Culture Anthropology and Folklore to record and describe the local commercial life and folk custom and analyze the reason why the culture change happened there.The whole dessertation is mainly about the process of the culture change in Hui's business folk custom by using the data of field work. And the author give her own conclusion by analyzing the detail example in field work about why the culture change happened there. Under a multidiscipline method in which culture anthropology and folklore research method are integrated, the author forecasts the trend of development in the future of this Muslin community. First, the traditional culture of ethnic community must be protected very well to maintain its constant and development under the development strategy in the western China background. Second,we should find a balance point between the culture stabiilze and development so that the local community could get used to the process of modernity and globlization.
