| Regional industrial structure plays an important role on the regional economic development,and rational regional industrial structure can promote the rapid and stable growth of the regional economy,then enhance the overall competitiveness of the regional economy. Conversely, the development of regional industrial structure needs the support of regional economic development. Regional economic development is an important material foundation of the adjustment in regional industrial structure,and it provides the environment support for the rationalization of the regional industrial structure. Regional economic development is the elementary objective of the adjustment of regional industrial structure. Therefore , it is significantly important to study the development of the regional industrial structure for improving the level of overall economy of Heilongjiang Province.This paper first expounded the background and the significance of the development of regional industrial structure in Heilongjiang Province. On the basis of the relative theory analysis,this paper deeply studied the content of the regional industrial structure and the related theories about the change of regional industrial structure. Then the paper studied the current situation of regional economy and industrial institutions in Heilongjiang Province, which include the total economy output and economy efficiency, foreign trade, the people's standard of living , as well as the status of the industrial structure and characteristics. So we can grasp the overall status of regional economy and industrial development in Heilongjiang Province. Thirdly, using the Statistical Yearbook of Heilongjiang Province we can classify the national economy into three industries. By the fuzzy comprehensive model , we studied the development status quo of 13 municipal administrative regions in Heilongjiang Province, then sequence them. According to the results,the author put forward the targeted industry development strategies. Finally,we proposed countermeasures on the province's regional industrial structure readjustment. In expounding the significance of adjustment and planning, we proposed the industrialization of agriculture and agricultural transformation strategy , industrial structure upgrading and new-type industrialization strategies, the development of the equipment manufacturing industry and the strategy of revitalizing in Heilongjiang Province. |
