| Since 1995,the rapid economic development,the economic structure evolution,and agglomeration and diffusion law in the Heilongjiang province.Currently,the contradiction in heilongjiang province regional economic structure,study its space-time evolution characteristics is of great significance to the sustainable development of regional economy.Based on different perspective,different scale of 1995-2015 in heilongjiang province regional economic structure of the space-time evolution characteristics of empirical analysis,the specific ideas are as follows: The regional economic structure is divided into two perspectives,industrial structure and economic spatial structure in the first place in xiamen city as the research scale,from the level of industrial development,non-agricultural economy structure and agricultural economy structure three aspects analysis the space-time evolution characteristic of regional industrial structure;County as the research scale,then by use of technical means such as ArcGIS comprehensive evaluation,global and local autocorrelation respectively from three angles analyzing the space-time evolution of the regional economic space structure characteristic;Finally build the idea overall regional economic structure optimization control of heilongjiang province,and puts forward some countermeasures for the regional economic structure optimization and.Research conclusions include:(1)of the industrial structure "non-agricultural" phenomenon,the three major industries showed a trend of "one drop two litres";The second industry as the main power of economic growth gradually faded,economic structural imbalances in industry industrial transfer;The first and second industry interaction,reflect the changes of industry fundamentals,promote the development of the third industry;With the resource curse,the level of industrial structure is not outstanding,heilongjiang province industrial structure contradiction has been fully reflected,the traditional extensive development of industrial structure to make its position at a disadvantage;(2)the spatial structure of heilongjiang province in recent 20 years economy steadily rising trend,spatial correlation is more significant and similararea on the spatial agglomeration,but gradually widening gap between regions,economic space structure "club convergence" phenomenon,in different periods,different development level of regional hot and cold spots area transition probability and transfer direction without more apparent "path";"Weak local" NaJiang north distribution,main axis and the core city of engine is less than that of heilongjiang province in northeast China’s advantages are not outstanding,in the short term to lead a rapid development in the northeast of ability is weaker;(3)the optimization of the structure of internal differences to speed up the economic development pattern transformation and optimization of regional economic "industry" and "space" double structure adjustment become the basic path of heilongjiang province regional economic structure optimization;Foreign trade and investment,science and technology innovation,and consumer demand is also the important factors influencing the longjiang industrial structure rationalization directly,through the correlation effect and penetration effect,driving the technology progress and development of relative industries;Industrial structure constantly to high-grade phase,realize the regional advantage complementary and transfer,so as to promote the coordinated development of regional economy and regional economic structure optimization. |
