Analysis Of The International Competition Of Chinese Trade In Producer Service

Accompany with an international division of labor to turn further and deeply since 60's in 20 centuries, the world industrial structure carried on bigger adjustment, the service industry became the center of the structure of the world economy gradually, and the main motive of economic growths in all countries. The amount of trade of service in the whole world is more than 70 billion dollars in 1970,380 billion dollars in 1980, 866 billion dollars in 1990, 2.9694 trillion dollars in 2000, 5.3304 trillion dollars in 2006.The average increasing speed exceeds the growth speed of goods trade during the same period. Especially after 90's of 20th century, economic globalization progress faster, and the international trade of service does a fierce growth, becomes the main object and contents of international trades, so causes the trade of service to rise continuously in the position of the international trade. The international competition ability of the trade of service also becomes the important performance of the international competition ability of a nation or region economy. Developing the trade of service and the international competition ability become the important square to push nation or international competition ability in the region to develop slightly.In the service industry, producer service is the most important to the development of national economy. Producer service is the glue to connect each link string of the industry value chain. This becomes the important characteristic of the forerunner industrialized countries after industrializing. As a result, the trade of producer service also becomes the important contents and development trend of trade of service. In the world, producer service has already risen for the corpus contents of trade of service, become the pillar industry in many western developed nations, and shown increasingly in development and the position in the international competition of the world economy.As a developing country, Chinese manufacturing industry develops quickly, but the service industry has no synchronous development, and the service level is lower. Therefore, the trade of service exists a great deal of deficit, especially the trade of producer service with high technique and knowledge, lacks international competition ability, so becomes the weaker link in the industry value chain, directly affect and constrain China's economic globalization in the international division of labor patterns and the distribution of interests.This paper analyses our country's service industry, trade of service, the development background and basic condition of trade of producer service with index sign and comparison. Through the study, we can know that, the trade of producer service of our country is still placed in a beginning stage and still don't have obvious competitive advantage in the international scope in total; but it grows very quickly, especially in some new department. The structure of trade of producer service still exists shortage, such as the trade of traditional transportation service occupies predominant position, trade of service in knowledge and technique intensive type have low weight; but the structure is continuously excellent to turn, such as calculator and information service, consultation service, advertise publicity etc. grow very quickly, and have certain advantage gradually. Though the communication service, exclusive rights to use and licensing service, insurance and finance service don't do good as services such as calculator and information etc., in developing scale and speed, they have a very big development potential. Under this study, this paper puts forward to change the structure of trade of producer service, strengthen the basis of trade of producer service, and urge the producer service industry and trade of producer service to become a helping and pushing machine of our country's economy development.
