Research On Financing Of The Project Of Seventy Sets Of Whole Steel Heavy Tire

The meridian tire develops very quickly in the world. At present, the yield of meridian tire has already shared more than 90% of tire yield in the world. Developing the meridian tire technology and pushing forward the productivity, achieving the scale economy is the strategy to keep the tire companies' persistent running in our country. The listed company X in this paper is one of the leader enterprises in the industry of the tire manufacturing. Its market share is higher than the average share of the industry. Several years ago, under the support of our country, this company put forward the project producing 700,000 sets of whole steel heavy tire every year. It's anticipated that project can further improve the management condition of company, carry out larger earnings, and make contributions for the development of tire industry in our country. But in the actual process of the project, a lot of problems took place. And now this project is in danger.According to this, this paper takes the financing of that project as the research object, analyzing the feasibility of that project from the angle of the financing, the finance evaluation, and the risk in the financing process. Then it finds out the reason for the failure of the project. On the basis of the above analysis it makes suggestion on keeping the project going on.At the beginning of this paper it introduces the situation and the content of the project, estimates the investment cost of the project .Then it illustrates relevant traditional theories and the development of financing. Then it discusses some new types of financing on the basis of management of project, including their characteristic and applicability. Then it sums up the situation of the financing of the project and evaluates it and points out the importance of making earnings of this project. According to the anticipated profit, it demonstrates the feasibility of this project and the risk during this process. After realizing the actual situation of this project, it analyzes the reason for the failure of the project and find out possible method to save this project. In the end, it analyzes the ability of the project to refinance and find out feasible method.This paper adopts both of the methods of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis in the analysis of the feasibility, the risk of the project and the problem of its operation. It also makes some suggestion to the project in saving it. It is useful for this project and some similar projects.
