To develop China's securities market appropriately is a complex and enormous project. Although China's stock market started late, it develops rapidly. The securities market is the core and fundamental part of a modern financial system. A healthy and standardized security market with the fulfillment of internationalization, is the requirement of the times and a natural historical trend. And therefore choose to build China's securities market's internationalization pattern and development strategy is of great importance in the process of internationalization.The internationalization of securities market plays an unreplaceable role in enhancing the effect of capital allocation, gaining more capital returns and reducing the financing cost. The internationalization of securities market has both generalized and narrow sense.
